Very excited to announce a new weekly Sunday arvo/eve recovery sessions coming to the heart of Surry Hills at Mamasan restaurant/bar on Crown St. It’s a fabulous quirky intimate venue (think Shanghai 1930’s speakeasy decor) with 3 levels, and a drinks list longer than your arm, plus a delicious Asian-fused bites menu. Recovery sessions will be held upstairs overlooking the park.
A rotating weekly line-up of Sydney DJs hand selected by Simon Hunt will be treating you to connoisseur cuts of vibed out Jazz, Soul, Funk, Afro-Latin, Chilled out beats while you soak in the afternoon rays (and bloody marys in hand).
Personally, I’ve beeen waiting for a spot like this in ages. A low key vibe place to hang out with friends, catch up over cocktails made with love and eclectic sounds to warm the soul.
For the Grand Opening myself, DJ CMAN and DJ Makoto will on selection duties from 4pm til 9pm. Once the sun goes down on the main strip listen out for the music and the lit up blue trees on the upstairs terrace bar!
